The room had convenient amenities like a microwave oven, fridge, and work desk. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were super friendly. The hotel's location was fantastic, close to various restaurants and shopping options.

The rooms are updated and neat and include a microwave oven and a refrigerator. The beds are extremely comfy to sleep on. The location is favourable, near to the space center. The staff are extremely friendly, we thoroughly enjoyed them.

The hotel is very misleading! The hotel staff does not disclose any information on various charges or holds that they put on the account. It has been four days and my account has not been credited. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel is in a great location, it's very close to Westside Center.

The beds and pool were nice!

The lobby was torn apart for construction. Apparently there was code issues and the job was stopped mid way. There were exposed wires, sharp metal, and many hazards that were not safe for a family with young children. We had to grab food and eat in the room for fear our children would touch something or get hurt. Also, we were told there were washers and dryers on site and there were none. We had to go to the Marriott down the road. The price we received from Booked.net was almost 20 dollars more a day than compared to the actual price we would have paid had we just called the hotel!! Finally, there were no vending machines. Some other issue apparently, and so they were pulled out at some point and never returned. I will never stay there again and I will never use Booked.net again!!!!

Room was recently renovated, so everything was excellent. Breakfast was very good, even though the breakfast area was being renovated. Staff did an outstanding job.

We stayed in the midst of renovation so a bit inconvenient to walk around workers. However they left by 5 and staff went out of their way to be sure we had all we needed. I enjoyed having a room newly redone

If I ever find myself here again, I'll definitely come back. The rooms in this place are really nice and have been updated. Everything here is great! The location is awesome - it's not too far from Westside Center, which is convenient. 🌟

The staff was very attentive and knowledgeable. The location was excellent, with Westside Center just a short walk away. We stayed here for 1 night and appreciated the place.
